Samurai’s Garden…

I couldn’t sleep last night, so I decide to read some novel just to make my eyes tired and get some snap because I have to wake very early for my work. The Samurai’s Garden” by Gail Tsukiyama is the title of the novel.

A story of a beautiful account of life in a fishing village in Japan in the late 1930’s from the view of a young Chinese man sent there to recover from an illness. It is indeed a wonderful story with lovely character. So better buy and read it…

The novel is about goodness and beauty. I found this quote because I find it fit to the idea of the author.

Often people attempt to live their lives backward: they try to have more things, or more money, in order to do more of what they want so that they will be happier. The way it actually works is the reverse. You must first be who your really are, then, do what you need to do, in order to have what you want.” -Margaret Young-
